Hello lovely humans,
I’ve just uploaded a new 6-minute Creativity Sound Bath — a short and powerful vibrational tune-up to help unlock your imagination, restore your creative rhythm, and drop you into the sacred space where ideas bubble up like spring water.

This mini session features Solar Harmonics Tuning Forks handcrafted by the legends at Omnivos — beautiful, precision tools designed for vibrational healing and consciousness work. (No affiliation — I just genuinely love their forks and want to share the goodness.)
🔬 The Science & Soul Behind the Sound
These forks are based on the work of Dr. John Beaulieu, a naturopath, composer, and sound pioneer who developed BioSonic Tuning Fork Therapy — a beautiful blend of sound, science, and inner alignment. The idea is simple: your body wants to be in tune. These vibrations help it remember how.
A single flicker of a candle in the video offers you a visual anchor — a point of stillness to focus on while the frequencies gently re-tune your nervous system, open your imagination, and invite that beautiful flow state we all crave.
🧠 Who This Sound Bath Is For:
Artists, musicians, writers, and anyone feeling stuck or in need of creative ignition
Neurodivergent folks (including non-verbal autistic people) who benefit from rhythmic, calming sensory input
Support workers, therapists, and educators looking for tools that open hearts and minds without words
This is a gentle reset. A daily creative spark. A way to sit quietly and let your inner artist stretch and yawn and return to the page, canvas, or life with fresh eyes.
🌞 Winter Solstice Invitation: Open Heart Kirtan this Saturday
If you’re in Melbourne, come celebrate Winter Solstice with me this Saturday, June 22nd. I’ll be playing bass with the Open Heart Kirtan band at The Open Space in Abbotsford — a deeply heart-opening evening of devotional singing, community connection, and warm chai.
🕉️ Kirtan is a form of Bhakti Yoga — sacred singing that doesn’t require you to be a “singer.” It’s more about feeling than finesse. You’ll be surprised what opens up when you simply let your voice flow.
💫 Event Details:
🗓 Saturday, June 22, 2025
🕡 Doors: 6:30pm | 🎶 Kirtan begins: 7:15pm
📍 The Open Space, 11 Acacia Pl, Abbotsford VIC
This event is by donation and includes a plant-based meal and delicious chai. All funds go directly to the Sansar Gyaan Pathshala School in rural India, which provides free education to over 300 children — many of whom would not otherwise have access to learning.
There will be cushions, candles, community… and a bassline from yours truly. Come, open your voice, your heart, and your spirit.
